• SMT surface mounting equipment: small-sized SMT reflow soldering equipment, BGA precise placement systems, semi-automatic placement equipment, screen printers, vacuum pick-up pens, intelligent temperature testing apparatuses and other SMT equipment.
• Military products: military airborne and ground testing appliances including reinforced military LCD modules, intelligent LCD terminals, digital-synchronous and synchronous-digital converters, and digital synchronous transmitters and receivers. These products are mainly used in spaceflight, aviation, watercraft, weapon and other military fields.
